2. Eligibility

To participate in the GLOW Supplements Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have an active social media presence, website, blog, or other digital platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence
• Be approved by GLOW Supplements

GLOW Supplements reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion and to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time with or without cause.

3. Commission Structure

Approved affiliates receive a 25% commission on the total order value (including product price) of each qualifying sale made through their unique affiliate link or discount code.

Example: If a customer purchases products worth €100 via your affiliate link, you earn €25 in commission.

A sale qualifies for commission if:

• The customer clicks your unique affiliate tracking link
• The customer completes a purchase within the 30-day cookie tracking window
• The order is not subsequently cancelled, returned, or refunded

Important: Commissions are calculated on confirmed, completed sales only. If a customer returns the product or requests a refund (including under our 14-day statutory withdrawal right or 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee), the commission for that sale will be reversed and deducted from your affiliate balance.

4. Tracking & Platform

Commissions are tracked and managed via the UpPromote affiliate platform. Each affiliate receives a unique tracking link and access to a personal dashboard where you can monitor:

• Click-through rates
• Conversion rates
• Total sales generated
• Commission balance

Tracking is based on browser cookies with a 30-day validity period. GLOW Supplements is not liable for tracking failures caused by the customer's browser settings, such as:

• Ad blockers
• Private browsing mode / incognito mode
• Cookie deletion by the user
• VPN or proxy usage that interferes with tracking

5. Payment Terms

Payment Method: Bank transfer (SEPA) or PayPal, as agreed between you and GLOW Supplements
Minimum Payout: €50.00
Payment Schedule: You may request a payout at any time once your commission balance reaches €50. Commissions below this threshold will remain in your account until the minimum is reached.

Payments are processed within 30 days of your payout request. You must provide valid and up-to-date payment details (bank account or PayPal email) in your UpPromote dashboard.

GLOW Supplements reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation of suspected fraud, policy violations, or unresolved refund disputes.

6. Refunds, Returns & Commission Reversals

If a customer exercises their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, requests a refund under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, or returns a product for any other reason, the commission earned on that sale will be reversed and deducted from your affiliate balance.

If your balance becomes negative due to refunds, you will not be eligible for payout until the balance is restored to at least €50 through new qualifying sales.

7. Affiliate Obligations & Promotional Guidelines

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote GLOW Supplements products honestly, accurately, and in good faith
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content in accordance with applicable advertising guidelines, including EU Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices and FTC endorsement guidelines (e.g., #ad, #affiliate, "I earn a commission if you buy through my link")
• Comply with all platform-specific rules (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

You may:

• Use all forms of paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to promote your affiliate link
• Bid on "GLOW Supplements" and related brand keywords in paid search campaigns
• Use our brand name, logo, and approved marketing assets in your promotional materials
• Create authentic, creative content including before/after comparisons, testimonials, challenges, and viral content formats, provided they remain truthful and do not violate the prohibited conduct below
• Promote competing or complementary products alongside GLOW Supplements

You may NOT:

• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about our products
• Make medical or health claims that imply our products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
• Use your own affiliate link to make purchases for yourself, friends, or family (self-referral is strictly prohibited)
• Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or black-hat SEO tactics
• Impersonate GLOW Supplements or create misleading websites that suggest official affiliation
• Engage in cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any form of fraudulent traffic generation

8. Creative Freedom & Content Liability

GLOW Supplements encourages affiliates to create authentic, engaging, and viral content. You have full creative freedom to produce content in any format (videos, photos, blogs, social media posts, etc.) that resonates with your audience, provided it complies with the promotional guidelines above.

Important: You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish. GLOW Supplements is not liable for any claims, damages, or legal consequences arising from your promotional activities. By participating in this program, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GLOW Supplements from any third-party claims related to your content, including but not limited to:

• False advertising or misleading statements
• Intellectual property infringement
• Defamation or reputational harm
• Violation of platform terms of service

If we become aware that your promotional activities violate applicable laws, platform rules, or these terms, we reserve the right to request immediate removal of the content and/or terminate your affiliate account.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:

• Self-referral purchases or fraudulent transactions
• Cookie stuffing or any form of fraudulent traffic generation
• Creating fake reviews or testimonials
• Misrepresenting the product, brand, or your affiliation with GLOW Supplements
• Using our intellectual property (logo, images, brand assets) in a way that damages our reputation or violates our brand guidelines
• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or platform terms of service

10. Intellectual Property

GLOW Supplements grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use approved brand assets (logo, product images, marketing copy) solely for the purpose of promoting our products under this affiliate program.

You may not:

• Modify, alter, or create derivative works from our brand assets without prior written consent
• Register domain names, social media handles, or trademarks that include "GLOW," "GLOW Supplements," or confusingly similar variations
• Use our brand assets in a manner that suggests official partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement beyond your role as an affiliate

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time by providing written notice via email to info@glow-supplements.com.

Upon termination:

• Your affiliate link will be deactivated immediately
• Pending commissions for confirmed, non-refunded sales will be paid out at the next payment cycle (if your balance is at least €50)
• Commissions for sales occurring after the date of termination will not be paid
• You must immediately cease all promotional activities and remove any content that uses our brand assets

12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

GLOW Supplements makes no guarantee regarding the income potential of the affiliate program. Earnings depend on factors outside our control, including your promotional efforts, audience size, and market conditions.

Commission rates, program terms, product availability, and pricing are subject to change at any time with reasonable notice (minimum 14 days).

GLOW Supplements is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities.

13. Data Protection & Privacy

By participating in the affiliate program, you agree that GLOW Supplements and UpPromote may collect and process your personal data (name, email address, payment details, performance metrics) for the purpose of administering the program and processing payments.

Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting info@glow-supplements.com.

14. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Potsdam, Germany.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

15. Changes to These Terms

GLOW Supplements reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email at least 14 days in advance.

Continued participation in the program after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may terminate your affiliate account as described in Section 11.
