2. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and § 312g BGB (German Civil Code).
2.1 Important Limitation for Hygiene Products
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB).
This means:
- If the product seal has been opened, broken, or damaged in any way, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies
- The product may only be returned within 14 days if it remains completely sealed, unused, and in its original, unopened packaging
Why this limitation exists:
- Health and hygiene protection: Once opened, food supplements are exposed to air, moisture, and potential contamination. We cannot resell opened products to other customers for health and safety reasons.
- Best-before date (MHD): Opening the product significantly reduces its shelf life and effectiveness. Opened supplements lose potency and freshness, making them unsuitable for resale or safe consumption by future customers.
- Legal requirement: German and EU consumer law explicitly excludes opened hygiene-sensitive products from the statutory withdrawal right to protect public health.
No exceptions: Even if only one gummy has been consumed, or if the seal was "accidentally" broken, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply. The product cannot be returned under this section.
2.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal (Sealed Products Only)
If your product remains completely sealed and unopened, you may return it within 14 days by following this process:

- Your order number
- Your name and email address
- A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract
- Photographic proof that the product seal is intact and unopened
- Wait for authorization: We will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
- Return the product: Send the sealed product to the address provided in the authorization email.

You must return the product without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by you (the customer). We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
2.3 Refund Processing (Sealed Products Only)
After we receive the returned product and confirm that:
- The seal remains completely intact and unbroken
- The product is in its original, unopened packaging
- The product shows no signs of use, damage, or tampering
We will refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
The refund will be processed via your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return.
If the seal has been broken or the product shows any signs of opening, use, or damage, the refund will be denied and the product will be returned to you at your expense.
3. 30-DAY DEBLOAT GUARANTEE (VOLUNTARY SERVICE)
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, GLOW Supplements offers a voluntary 30-Day Debloat Guarantee for customers who have used the product as directed but did not experience the advertised benefits.
This guarantee is subject to strict conditions and a rigorous verification process.
3.1 Eligibility
The 30-Day Debloat Guarantee:
- Applies only to first-time customers (customers who have never purchased from GLOW Supplements before)
- Is limited to one single product purchase per customer (excludes bundles, multi-packs, or subscription orders)
- May be used only once per person, per household, and per payment method
- Applies only to the 30-Day Supply (single bottle) product
- Does not apply to 60-Day Supply, 90-Day Supply, or any other product variations
3.2 What This Guarantee Covers
This guarantee applies only if you have used the product consistently as directed for a full 30 days and have not experienced any of the following advertised benefits:
- Visible reduction in facial puffiness or bloating
- Improvement in skin clarity or tone
- Enhanced facial definition or reduced water retention
Important: This guarantee does not cover:
- Dissatisfaction with taste, texture, or packaging
- Failure to achieve unrealistic or exaggerated expectations not explicitly stated in our marketing
- Side effects, allergic reactions, or health concerns (these should be reported immediately and are handled separately under Section 4)
- Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or preference for a different product
3.3 Strict Requirements for Claims
To make a claim under the 30-Day Debloat Guarantee, you must provide comprehensive documentation proving that:
- You used the product daily for at least 28 consecutive days (full compliance with the recommended usage)
- You took exactly 2 gummies per day as directed on the packaging
- You followed a reasonable diet and lifestyle (the product is a supplement, not a miracle cure)
- You experienced no visible improvement in the advertised benefits
Required documentation (all items are mandatory):
- Before photo: Clear, well-lit frontal face photo taken on the day you started using the product (photo must include a visible handwritten note with the date and your order number)
- After photo: Clear, well-lit frontal face photo taken after 28-30 days of use (photo must include a visible handwritten note with the date and your order number)
- Usage log: Written or digital record of every day you took the gummies, including dates and times (you may use the GLOW SUPS. App habit tracker as proof, or provide a handwritten log)
- Product packaging: The original product bottle and packaging must be returned to us, including any remaining gummies (if applicable)

Written statement: A signed declaration (via email) confirming that:
- You took the product daily as directed
- You did not experience any of the advertised benefits
- You understand that GLOW Supplements reserves the right to review and approve or deny your claim at its sole discretion
Photo requirements:
- Both photos must be taken in similar lighting conditions (preferably natural daylight)
- Both photos must show the same angle and facial expression (neutral, front-facing)
- Photos must clearly show your full face (no heavy makeup, filters, or editing)
- Each photo must include a handwritten note visible in the frame showing: the date, your order number, and "Before" or "After 30 Days"
If any of the above requirements are not met, your claim will be denied.
3.4 Claims Process
To submit a claim under the 30-Day Debloat Guarantee, follow these steps in order:
Step 1: Contact us within 30 days
Email info@glow-supplements.com within 30 days of receiving your order (not 30 days from purchase). Include:
- Your order number
- Subject line: "30-Day Debloat Guarantee Claim"
- A brief explanation of why you believe the product did not work for you
Step 2: Submit required documentation
Within 3 business days of your initial contact, you must submit all required documentation listed in Section 3.3. Failure to provide complete documentation within this timeframe will result in automatic denial of your claim.
Step 3: Wait for review
GLOW Supplements will review your claim and documentation within 7-10 business days. We reserve the right to:
- Request additional documentation, clarification, or evidence
- Conduct a phone or video interview to verify your usage and experience
- Compare your before/after photos using objective criteria to assess whether visible improvement occurred
- Deny your claim if we determine that reasonable improvement is visible in the photos, or if documentation is incomplete, inconsistent, or fraudulent
Step 4: Return the product (if approved)
If your claim is approved, we will provide a return authorization and instructions. You must return:
- The original product bottle (even if empty)
- The original product packaging
- Any remaining gummies (if applicable)

Step 5: Receive compensation (if approved)
After we receive and inspect the returned product, and confirm that all conditions have been met, you will receive compensation as described in Section 3.5.
3.5 Processing Fee & Compensation
If your claim is approved, a processing and handling fee of €5.00 will be deducted from the compensation amount to cover:
- International shipping and logistics costs
- Administrative review and processing time
- Disposal of the returned product (which cannot be resold)
Compensation will be issued exclusively in the form of store credit, not cash or a refund to your original payment method.
Store credit terms:
- Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Non-transferable (can only be used by you, cannot be gifted or sold)
- Cannot be paid out in cash or converted to a refund
- Can be used for any future purchase on glowsupplements.shop (excluding sale items or items already discounted)
- Expires automatically after 30 days with no extension or reissue
3.6 Reasons for Denial
Your claim under the 30-Day Debloat Guarantee will be automatically denied if:
- You do not provide all required documentation (before/after photos, usage log, packaging, written statement)
- Your before/after photos do not meet the specified requirements (lighting, angle, handwritten notes, etc.)
- You did not use the product daily for at least 28 consecutive days
- You used the product for fewer than 28 days or more than 35 days before submitting your claim
- Our review determines that visible improvement is present in your after photo, even if you subjectively believe otherwise
- You have previously made a claim under this guarantee (one claim per person, lifetime limit)
- You are not a first-time customer
- You purchased a 60-Day Supply, 90-Day Supply, bundle, or subscription (guarantee applies only to single 30-Day Supply purchases)
- You fail to return the product packaging and bottle as requested
- We suspect fraud, misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms
- You submit your claim more than 30 days after receiving your order
- You fail to respond to our requests for additional information or clarification within 5 business days
GLOW Supplements' decision is final. We reserve the right to approve or deny any claim at our sole discretion based on the evidence provided and our internal review process. Denied claims cannot be appealed.
3.7 Important Disclaimers
The 30-Day Debloat Guarantee is a voluntary service provided by GLOW Supplements as a gesture of goodwill. It does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Section 2 (14-day withdrawal right for sealed products).
This guarantee is not a promise or warranty that the product will work for everyone. Individual results vary based on factors outside our control, including diet, lifestyle, genetics, hydration, sleep, stress, and overall health.
By submitting a claim, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read and understood all terms and conditions of this guarantee
- You accept that GLOW Supplements has the sole authority to approve or deny your claim
- You will not dispute, contest, or publicly criticize our decision if your claim is denied
- You understand that submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation may result in permanent ban from purchasing GLOW Supplements products and potential legal action
4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, this is handled separately from the withdrawal right and the 30-Day Debloat Guarantee.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@glow-supplements.com.
In your message, include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue (e.g., "bottle arrived broken," "wrong product received," "seal was already broken on arrival")
- Photographic evidence showing the damage or error
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Important: If the product seal was already broken upon arrival, or if the product was damaged during shipping, you must report this within 7 days. After 7 days, we cannot guarantee that the damage occurred during transit, and your claim may be denied.
5. SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS
If you have an active subscription and wish to request a refund on your most recent order, the same policies apply as described above:
- Within 14 days: Statutory right of withdrawal applies only if the product seal remains completely intact and unopened (see Section 2)
- Within 30 days: 30-Day Debloat Guarantee applies only if you are a first-time customer, only for your very first order, and only if all conditions in Section 3 are met
Important: Refunding a subscription order does not automatically cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, you must log in to your Seal Subscriptions account or contact us at info@glow-supplements.com.
Subscriptions have a minimum commitment period of 2 months (after the initial 14-day withdrawal period). See our Terms and Conditions for full subscription terms.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
- Products with a broken, removed, or tampered seal (except under the 30-Day Debloat Guarantee, if all conditions are met)
- Products returned after the 14-day statutory withdrawal period without an approved 30-Day Debloat Guarantee claim
- Products that have been damaged by the customer after delivery (excluding normal use under the 30-Day Debloat Guarantee)
- Digital products, access codes, or services that have been used or activated (e.g., GLOW SUPS. App access codes)
- Products purchased as part of a promotional bundle, flash sale, or discount offer (unless the entire bundle is returned sealed and unopened within 14 days)
- Products purchased via third-party retailers or resellers (refunds must be requested through the original point of purchase)
7. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Refunds and store credit are processed as follows:
- Statutory withdrawal (14 days, sealed products): Refund issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product
- 30-Day Debloat Guarantee: Store credit issued within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product, complete our review, and approve the claim
- Damaged or incorrect items: Replacement shipped or refund issued within 5 business days of receiving photographic proof and confirmation
Refunds are processed via your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
8. DELIVERY DELAYS & COMPENSATION
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window (7–12 business days), please contact us at info@glow-supplements.com.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, offer compensation in the form of:
- A discount on your next order
- Store credit
- A full refund (if the delay is excessive and you no longer wish to receive the order)
Delivery delays caused by customs processing, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics) are outside our control and do not qualify for automatic compensation.
9. FRAUD & ABUSE
GLOW Supplements takes fraud and abuse of our refund and guarantee policies very seriously.
We reserve the right to:
- Deny refund claims if we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: falsified documentation, edited photos, repeated claims from the same person or household, or misuse of the 30-Day Debloat Guarantee
- Permanently ban customers from purchasing GLOW Supplements products if fraud or abuse is detected
- Pursue legal action and report suspected fraud to relevant authorities
- Share information about fraudulent customers with third-party fraud prevention services
Examples of fraud or abuse include:
- Submitting edited, filtered, or AI-generated before/after photos
- Using photos of different people or photos taken years apart
- Making multiple refund claims under different names, email addresses, or payment methods
- Returning an empty or partially empty bottle after consuming the product without following the 30-Day Debloat Guarantee process
- Falsifying usage logs or written statements
