These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via this website and to the use of the GLOW SUPS. App.

2. PRODUCTS

All products sold on this website are food supplements.

Food supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary from person to person. Individual results depend on factors including diet, lifestyle, consistency of use, and individual physiology.

The recommended daily intake stated on the product label must not be exceeded. Food supplements do not replace a balanced and varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients & Safety: Our products are manufactured in accordance with EU food safety regulations, lab-tested in Germany, and certified vegan and halal. For a full list of ingredients, allergen information, and contraindications, please refer to the product page and packaging.

3. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

By placing an order via our website, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to reject orders in cases of suspected fraud, unavailability of products, pricing errors, or violation of these terms.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable value-added tax (VAT) where required by law.

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include credit/debit card, PayPal, and other providers.

Your payment information is processed by Shopify Inc. and is not stored on our servers. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery Area: We deliver to all countries within the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK).

Shipping Times: Orders are typically delivered within 7–12 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs processing or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs:
- Orders under €30: €5.00 shipping fee
- Orders of €30 or more: Free shipping
- Subscription orders: Free shipping (all subscription plans include free delivery)

Shipping Carrier: Orders are fulfilled via international logistics partners and delivered by DHL, DPD, or other regional carriers depending on your location.

Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of order confirmation, please contact us at info@glow-supplements.com.

Delivery Delays: If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, offer compensation in the form of a discount on your next order.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS

GLOW Supplements offers subscription plans that allow you to receive products at recurring intervals with exclusive benefits.

6.1 Subscription Benefits

6.2 Subscription Plans & Pricing

30-Day Supply (monthly delivery):
- One-time purchase: €24.99
- Subscription: €21.24 (save €3.75 per month)

60-Day Supply (every 2 months):
- Subscription: Save €5.00 + free shipping

90-Day Supply (every 3 months):
- Subscription: Save €15.00 + free shipping

6.3 How Subscriptions Work

Subscriptions are managed via Seal Subscriptions. When you subscribe, you will create a separate account with Seal Subscriptions using your email address. This account allows you to:

  • View upcoming orders
  • Change delivery frequency (e.g., from monthly to every 2 months)
  • Update payment details
  • Pause or cancel your subscription

You will receive an email reminder before each renewal with details of your upcoming charge.

6.4 Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected interval (monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months). Payment is charged to your selected payment method on the renewal date.

If payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 3 days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be paused, and you will be notified via email.

6.5 Minimum Commitment & Cancellation

Statutory Withdrawal Right: You have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of your first order without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (see Section 7 for full withdrawal terms).

After the 14-day withdrawal period: Subscriptions have a minimum commitment period of 2 months. This means:

  • You must receive and pay for at least 2 deliveries before you can cancel
  • After the 2-month minimum period, you may cancel at any time
  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 days before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle

How to Cancel: Log in to your Seal Subscriptions account and select "Cancel Subscription," or contact us at info@glow-supplements.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6.6 Pausing Your Subscription

You may pause your subscription at any time after the minimum commitment period. Pausing prevents future charges and deliveries until you choose to resume.

7. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and § 312g BGB (German Civil Code).

7.1 When Does the Withdrawal Right Apply?

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

7.2 Important Limitation for Hygiene Products

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB).

This means:

  • If the product seal has been opened or damaged, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies
  • If the product remains completely sealed and unused, it may be returned within 14 days

7.3 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Before returning the product, you must contact us to receive return authorization and instructions.

7.4 Return Shipping

If you exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • You must return the product to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal
  • Return shipping costs are borne by you (the customer)

7.5 Refund

If you validly withdraw from the contract and return the product in its original, sealed condition, we will refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be processed via your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product and confirmation that it remains sealed and unused.

8. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE (VOLUNTARY SERVICE)

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

8.1 Eligibility

This guarantee:

  • Applies only to first-time customers
  • Is limited to one single product purchase per customer
  • May be used only once per person

8.2 Conditions

To make a claim under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • You must contact us at info@glow-supplements.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The product must have been used as intended and as directed on the packaging
  • You must return the product packaging (including the bottle) to us
  • Return shipping costs are borne by you (the customer)

  • A processing and handling fee of €5.00 will be deducted from the refund to cover international shipping and logistics costs
  • All communication must take place via email

8.3 Compensation via Store Credit

After we receive and review the returned product, compensation will be issued in the form of store credit.

Store credit:

  • Is non-transferable
  • Is valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • Cannot be paid out in cash

8.4 Important Notes

We reserve the right to refuse claims in cases of misuse, abuse, or failure to comply with the stated conditions.

The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is a voluntary service and does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Section 7.

9. GLOW SUPS. APP

GLOW Supplements offers a companion mobile app, GLOW SUPS., available exclusively for iOS devices via the Apple App Store.

9.1 App Features

The GLOW SUPS. App includes:

  • Daily habit tracking
  • Face scan and skin analysis
  • Progress tracking with before/after photo comparisons
  • Personalized daily checklists
  • Referral program to invite friends

9.2 Access to the App

The GLOW SUPS. App is not available for direct download. Access is granted via one of the following methods:

  • With Product Purchase: When you purchase a GLOW Supplements product via our website, you will receive a unique access code via email. Enter this code in the app to unlock full access.
  • Via Referral: If you refer 3 friends who successfully register using your referral link, you will receive access to the app without purchasing a product.

9.3 App Availability & Launch Status

The GLOW SUPS. App is currently in pre-launch phase. While these Terms and Conditions and the associated Privacy Policy are already in effect to ensure transparency, the app may not yet be publicly available in the App Store.

We will notify customers via email when the app becomes available for download.

9.4 Account Registration

To use the app, you must create an account by providing:

  • Your email address
  • Your name
  • Your unique access code (received after purchase or referral)

By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.

9.5 Data Collection & Privacy

The app collects the following data, all of which is optional and requires your explicit consent:

  • Face scans and progress photos (stored securely and used only for your personal tracking)
  • Habit tracking data
  • Health data (optional, if you choose to provide it)

The app does not collect:

  • Location data
  • Advertising tracking data
  • Third-party analytics beyond basic app functionality

9.6 No In-App Purchases

The GLOW SUPS. App does not offer in-app purchases via Apple's payment system. All product purchases must be made via glowsupplements.shop.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence on our part or on the part of our legal representatives or vicarious agents.

For damages caused by slight negligence, we are only liable for:

  • Breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on the compliance with which you may regularly rely
  • Liability in such cases is limited to compensation for foreseeable, typically occurring damage

Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

The above limitations of liability also apply to our legal representatives and vicarious agents.

11. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions and all contracts concluded via this website are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection regulations of your country of residence remain unaffected and continue to apply.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Potsdam, Germany.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to resolve disputes: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We are not obliged and are not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
